We are not required to appoint a data protection officer (GDPR art. 37). For any question about your data, write to info@iakuban.com.
This policy applies to the pages for organizations (/en/organizations/ and /es/empresas/) and to the proposal requests we receive through them or by email.
2. What data we process
- Form data: organization, full name, job title, email, phone, the service you need, number of people, timeframe and comments. Job title, phone, number of people, timeframe and comments are optional.
- Technical data: IP address and the page the request was sent from, used to protect the form against abuse.
- Correspondence: information you share when writing to us or negotiating a proposal or contract.
- Browsing data: only if you accept analytics cookies (see section 6).
Please do not include health data or other special categories of data about members of your team in the comments field.

We do not add your details to newsletter lists and will not send you advertising without your express consent. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.
4. Retention
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: two years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client and contract data: for the duration of the contract and then for as long as the law requires (six years for business records under art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code; periods set by tax law).
- Analytics cookies: as stated in the cookie banner.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law. If you invite us to a public procurement procedure, the contact details included in our bid are submitted to your own contracting authority.
We use the following providers, acting as processors under contracts that comply with GDPR art. 28:
- Contabo GmbH (Germany): servers where requests are stored.
- Resend, Inc. (United States): sending our internal email alert when a request arrives.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): company email (Google Workspace) and, only with your consent, Google Analytics.
- CookieHub ehf. (Iceland, EEA): cookie consent management.
6. Cookies and analytics
These pages use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner; until then no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time from the same banner. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google.
7. International transfers
Some providers (Resend, Inc. and, where applicable, Google LLC) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@iakuban.com or to our registered office. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
9. Security
Communications with the website are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), access to requests is limited to the staff who handle them, and servers are kept up to date and backed up.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.
