What we do for your organization
Team coaching
For leadership teams and project teams: working agreements, roles, conflict and how decisions get made. Whole-team sessions, with one-to-one sessions where needed.
Leadership and management development programmes
Programmes of several months that combine group workshops with one-to-one coaching. We measure the starting point and the end point against the same indicators.
Mentoring for managers
Support for people managing a team for the first time, or now managing former peers: delegating, giving feedback, organizing the team's work.
Workshops for teams
Three- to six-hour sessions, in person or online, run on their own or as part of a wider programme.

How we work
Scoping
A meeting with the sponsor (HR, L&D or leadership) to understand the context, the group and what needs to change.
Measurable goals
Baseline and target indicators agreed in writing: observable behaviours, self-assessment and the line manager's view.
Sessions
One-to-one or group, in person or online, on a schedule that fits your calendar.
Follow-up
Check-ins with the sponsor to adjust the engagement as it unfolds.
Final report
Results against the baseline indicators, attendance and recommendations for next steps.
Confidentiality. What is said in a session stays between the coach and the coachee. With the coachee's prior consent, the organization receives information on attendance and progress towards the agreed goals, never on content. Our coaches follow the ICF Code of Ethics.

We train coaches through ICF-accredited programmes
Iakuban Coaching Academy is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a provider of two coach education programmes: Level 1 (75 hours) and Level 2 (126 hours). We offer an accredited ICF education and training program which will meet the coach-specific education requirements for an ICF Credential.

For your organization, this means our approach is built on the ICF Core Competencies and our coaches' work is governed by a public code of ethics. ICF accreditation applies to our coach education programmes, not to our coaching services for organizations.
Public sector
For public bodies and international organizations
We prepare quotes and proposals for public procurement, including Spanish minor contracts (contratos menores), within two working days. Each proposal covers scope, schedule, the assigned coach's profile and price with and without VAT.
We also work as a subcontractor on training projects run by larger providers.
